Terms of service

These terms explain how the free audit and our services work. Using this website is covered by the legal notice, and personal data by the privacy policy.

Who we are

MotorLocal is the trading name of Sergey Bratchikov, a self-employed professional (autónomo) in Spain, tax ID (NIE) Y2710323V, Calle del Palangre, 23, 03182 Torrevieja (Alicante), Spain. Email: support@motorlocal.page.

Our services are for businesses. They are not offered to consumers.

The free audit

• The audit is free and does not oblige you to buy anything.
• It includes a map grid for your main search, a check of your Google Business Profile, a comparison with the three businesses ranking above you and three quick wins.
• We send the report within 3 days of your request.
• The report is yours to keep and use, whatever you decide.
• We may decline a request, for example if the business is outside the auto industry or the details given are not genuine.

Services and the agreement

Before we start, we sign a written services agreement with each client. The agreement sets out the plan, the fee and the locations covered, and where it differs from this page, the agreement applies. Its main terms are:

• Plans. Starter, Growth and Pro, as described on the services page. Work outside the plan, such as a new website or a photo shoot, is agreed separately.
• Term. A minimum of three months, then month to month. Either side can end the agreement with 30 days’ notice by email. It ends at the close of the billing month in which the notice runs out, and never before the minimum term is over.
• Fees. Prices on the website are starting prices and exclude VAT. Spanish VAT is added for clients in Spain. EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse charge, and clients outside the EU are invoiced without Spanish VAT.
• Payment. We invoice monthly in advance. Invoices are payable within 7 days by bank transfer or card. If an invoice is more than 15 days overdue, we may pause the services after telling you by email.
• Fee changes. We announce them at least 30 days before they apply, never during the minimum term, and you may leave instead of accepting them.
• Changing plans. You can move to a higher plan at any time, from the next billing period. After the minimum term you can move to a lower one, with 15 days’ notice before the next period.

What we promise, and what we don’t

We carry out the work of your plan with care, follow the rules of Google and the other platforms involved, and report on it every month. We never write fake reviews, reviews by people who are not customers or reviews in exchange for rewards, and we never use practices those platforms forbid.

Positions in Google Search, Google Maps and AI assistants are decided by those platforms and depend on factors outside our control, such as competitors and changes to their algorithms. We do not guarantee any position, number of calls or other result.

What we need from you

• Manager access to your Google Business Profile, your website and the other accounts the work needs.
• Accurate information about your business, and prompt updates when it changes.
• Feedback on content we send for approval within 5 business days; after that, we may publish it.
• The rights to the photos, logos and texts you give us.
• A lawful basis to contact your customers through the review requests and other tools we set up.

Your accounts and content

Your Google Business Profile, website, domains and accounts stay in your name; we only use the manager access you give us. Content we create for you, such as texts, posts and pages, becomes yours once it is paid for. When we stop working together, we remove our access within 5 business days and hand over your reports and materials.

We only name you as a client or publish your results with your consent.

Liability

Neither side is liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or revenue. Our total liability under an agreement is limited to the fees paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow liability to be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page; the date at the top shows the current version. Changes do not alter agreements already signed, which change only in writing.

Governing law

These terms and our agreements are governed by Spanish law. Disputes go to the courts of Torrevieja (Alicante), Spain, unless the law provides otherwise.
